My Ideal Weight - Martial Arts Training Assistant
There are many ways to calculate your ideal body weight. Pad-Up! have chosen to calculate your ideal weight based on the "Devine" formular for men and the "Robinson" formula for women.
Note this tool is designed for persons over 152.4cm (5ft) and not applicable for pregnant women.
