Delivery Information

Your order is dispatched and sent by a reputable carrier within 2 days of order receipt.

Providing your order is in stock delivery is estimated at between 1-3 working days (express) and 4-6 working days (standard) for UK mainland and 3-9 working days ROI & NI. If your order is out of stock we will notify you of your new estimated dispatch date. Delivery times are approximate as this depends on the carrier used at time of order. Although delivery is out of our control we appreciate feedback and rate our carriers according to our customer’s experience.

In the event of a failed delivery e.g. customer not home to sign for goods the courier will leave a calling card detailing contact information. The customer can arrange re-delivery or collection directly with the courier. The courier will attempt delivery twice before returning the goods to the Pad-Up! fulfillment centre.

For your convenience you may have your order delivered to an alternate address, simply input this information at checkout.

To aid our carriers with delivery we advise all customers to input a contact telephone number at checkout.

Customers must check deliveries before signing carrier receipt. Pad-Up cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for without reference to their condition.

Pad-up must be notified of damages or missing items within 1 working day of receipt.
