Returns Process

If for any reason you receive goods that have a fault, are damaged or you have simply just changed your mind! Contact Pad-Up via post or e-mail. Pad-Up require a description of the fault and photographic evidence if there is damage. Upon review of the details the goods will need to be returned before a replacement is issued. Some items will qualify for a replacement without return; this is solely at the digression of Webmettle Ltd (Pad-Up).
 
Webmettle Ltd (Pad-Up.com) accept product returns within 7 days of receipt provided they are unused, unaltered, unwashed and in their original packing. This does not extend to opened jocks, groin protectors or mouth guards. Customers are entitled to either a refund (excluding shipping costs) or replacement products. The customer is liable for return postage and packaging costs.

Packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition.

When returning goods please enclose a copy of your delivery docets and state whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Upon receipt of goods your payment will be refunded through the same channel used to make the purchase (WorldPay/PayPal)
