Q. Can I pay in Euros?
A. Yes! Before you enter your card details into our merchant accounts secure channel (WorldPay) you have the choice of selecting the euro equivelent in a drop down box!

Q. Will Pad-Up! offer dual currency?
A. Pad-Up! are currently working on a full dual currency (Sterling and Euros) offering.

Q. I'm worried about inputting my credit card details online, how can I trust Pad-Up?A. Some of our customers were reluctant to purchase over the Internet. Pad-up.com don't process payments, indeed we cannot touch the remittance until a freeze period of 5 weeks (WorldPay) or 1 week (PayPal) has elapsed. Worldpay handle the majority of our payments by redirecting you off the Internet to a secure channel and using secure sockets layer (SSL) the payment is processed - see http://www.worldpay.co.uk/ for more information. PayPal is prefered by many of our clients (35%) and is also very secure - see http://www.paypal.com for more information.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A.  We quote delivery times of 5-10 working days. However, on average it takes 2-5 days.

Q. What does PU mean?
A. Polyurethane.

Q. Do your punch bags come filled?
A. We offer both filled and unfilled punch bags. 

Q. Are the medicine balls pre-filled?
A. Yes they are.

Q. I'm buying for someone else and I'm not sure exactly what to buy, do you offer gift vouchers?
A. Pad-Up! is due to offer gift vouchers early in 2006.

Q. How do I know what size merchandise to purchase?
A. Sizing charts are available by clicking on the product image.

Q. Are your products distributed from Ireland or the UK?
A. Products are distributed from one of our UK warehouses.
