Sparring Head Protection

Head Protection specifications differ depending on your discipline. Head Gear is mandatory for WAKO approved competitions. WAKO head gear should;

Be made from foam rubber, soft plastics or from compact sponge covered by leather
Not obstruct vision
Cover top of forehead, top of head, temples, upper jaw, ears and back of head
Not effect hearing
Not be made from metal or plastic
